Argentina will return to their iconic sky blue and white home strip for the FIFA World Cup final against Spain on Monday (1:00 am Bangladesh time), according to Argentine media reports.
The defending champions wore their navy blue away kit in the semifinal against England but will switch back to their traditional striped shirt, paired with white shorts and white socks, for the title decider.
Spain will also revert to their home colours after wearing their away kit in the semifinal against France. La Roja are set to wear their familiar red shirt with navy blue shorts and blue socks.
Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez will wear his customary all-green kit, while Spain goalkeeper Unai Simon is expected to be in light blue.
Argentina have worn their home kit in matches against Algeria, Austria, Cape Verde, Egypt and Switzerland. Their only appearances in the away strip came against Jordan in the group stage and England in the semifinal. The navy blue change kit features curling lines, vivid colours and motifs inspired by fileteado porteno, the traditional decorative art style of Buenos Aires.
